About me

Hi, I’m Randle — I’m so glad you’re here.

As a therapist, I believe healing happens in the context of connection — when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported for who you are. My style is soft, genuine, and down-to-earth. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn to trust yourself, find balance, and reconnect with what matters most.

I specialize in working with teens, college students, and emerging adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a lot of compassion. I want our sessions to feel like a space where you can exhale, be honest, and grow at your own pace.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me baking, experimenting with new recipes, or planning my next travel adventure. I love yoga and meditation for how they keep me grounded — and I bring that same calm, mindful energy into my work with clients.

If you’re looking for a therapist who’s warm, real, and fully human right alongside you — I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

My Approach

I am passionate about holistic living and the mind/body connection, personally and professionally. I work with the body and mind together in my practice as a therapist. I believe that the safety and connection that can be built between a client and the therapist serves as the foundation for any approach.

In my integrative and trauma-informed therapy practice, I utilize a variety of methods and techniques. I am Level 1 trained in Essence Oriented Therapy (EOT), and this informs my work with clients. I also utilize other somatic (body-based) interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions, and emotionally-focused interventions. I recognize the power of Polyvagal Theory and lifestyle changes to create a flexible and adaptable nervous system.

I am also CAMS Trained and CAMS-4Teens Trained, a collaborative and patient-centered framework for assessing, treating, and managing suicidality.

Population

I work with individuals ages 12 and above who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, self harm, and body image issues.

I work with Durango residents as well as anyone in the state of Colorado. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. See my rates here.
