About me
Hi, I’m Randle — I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
As a therapist, I believe healing happens in the context of connection — when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported for who you are. My style is soft, genuine, and down-to-earth. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn to trust yourself, find balance, and reconnect with what matters most.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me baking sourdough, experimenting with new recipes, making soaps and lotions, or exercising with my partner and friends. I love yoga and meditation for how they keep me grounded — and I bring that same calm, mindful energy into my work with clients.
If you’re looking for a therapist who’s warm, real, and fully human right alongside you — I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
My Approach
I work with the body and mind together in my practice as a therapist. But what does that even mean?
I may implement somatic (body-based) techniques, exploration of deeper beliefs and patterns you may hold, introduction of unique but tangible skills to try outside of sessions, and support in discovering if your actions align with your core values to promote a fulfulling life.
The most important aspect of therapy is the safety and connection that can be built between a client and the therapist. This serves as the foundation for any approach. I truly enjoy my clients and strive for a real human connection between us. I am not a blank slate type of therapist.
Types of Therapy
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you build a richer, more meaningful life—even when things feel hard.
ACT doesn’t focus on “getting rid of” difficult thoughts or emotions. Instead, it helps you learn new ways to relate to them so they have less control over your choices. You’ll build skills to notice your thoughts and feelings without getting stuck in them, while learning how to respond in ways that align with what truly matters to you.
Together, we focus on:
Accepting difficult thoughts and emotions rather than fighting them
Becoming more present and aware in your daily life
Clarifying your values—what really matters to you
Taking meaningful action, even when things feel uncomfortable
ACT is especially helpful if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or disconnected from yourself or others. The goal isn’t to eliminate pain—it’s to help you move toward a life that feels more purposeful, flexible, and fulfilling.
-
Mindfulness and Somatic-Based Therapy focuses on helping you reconnect with your body and the present moment as a pathway to healing and change.
Many of our stress responses, emotions, and past experiences are held not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies. This approach gently helps you notice physical sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise, with curiosity rather than judgment. By tuning into the body’s signals, you can better understand what you’re experiencing and learn how to respond with greater awareness and choice.
In sessions, we may explore:
Mindfulness practices that help you stay grounded and present
Body-based awareness to recognize tension, emotions, or stress patterns
Gentle techniques to regulate the nervous system and increase a sense of safety
Developing a deeper connection to yourself and your inner experience
Mindfulness and somatic-based therapy can be especially helpful if you experience anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or feel disconnected from your body. The goal is to support healing from the inside out—building resilience, self-compassion, and a greater sense of ease in daily life.
-
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) is a supportive, evidence-based approach that helps you better understand your emotions and the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Our emotions carry important information about our needs, longings, and experiences. EFIT helps you slow down and tune into these emotional signals, especially in moments when emotions feel overwhelming, confusing, or shut down. Together, we explore how past experiences and relationships may be influencing your current emotional responses, and we work toward creating new, healthier ways of responding to yourself and others.
In EFIT, we focus on:
Identifying and understanding core emotions
Increasing emotional awareness and self-compassion
Healing patterns shaped by past relationships or attachment experiences
Building a stronger sense of emotional security and resilience
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy can be especially helpful if you struggle with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, or feelings of disconnection. The goal is to help you feel more emotionally balanced, connected, and secure—both within yourself and in your relationships.
-
Teen Therapy provides a supportive, confidential space where adolescents can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges while developing skills to navigate this important stage of life.
The teenage years can bring intense emotions, changing relationships, academic pressure, identity questions, and increased stress. Therapy offers teens a place where they can feel heard, understood, and respected—without judgment or pressure. Sessions are tailored to each teen’s needs and may include talk-based approaches, mindfulness, emotion regulation skills, and creative or body-based techniques.
In teen therapy, we focus on:
Building emotional awareness and healthy coping skills
Managing anxiety, stress, and mood changes
Improving communication and relationships with family and peers
Supporting identity development, self-esteem, and confidence
Creating a sense of safety, trust, and empowerment
Teen therapy can be helpful for concerns such as anxiety, depression, school stress, social challenges, family conflict, or major life transitions. When appropriate, parents or caregivers may be included to support understanding and communication, while still honoring the teen’s need for privacy.
The goal of teen therapy is to help adolescents feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to handle life’s challenges—both now and in the future.

Therapy for College Students offers a supportive space to navigate the academic, social, and emotional challenges that often come with college life.
College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring increased stress, pressure, and uncertainty. Students may struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, identity exploration, or balancing independence with expectations. Therapy provides a place to talk openly, build coping skills, and develop greater self-understanding in a confidential, non-judgmental environment.
In therapy, college students may work on:
Managing stress, anxiety, and academic pressure
Building healthy routines and coping strategies
Navigating relationships, boundaries, and communication
Exploring identity, values, and life direction
Adjusting to transitions such as living away from home or preparing for life after college
Therapy for college students is collaborative and flexible, meeting students where they are and supporting both emotional well-being and personal growth. The goal is to help students feel more grounded, resilient, and confident as they navigate college and beyond.

Holistic Therapy takes a whole-person approach to mental health, recognizing that emotional well-being is connected to the mind, body, and lived experience.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, holistic therapy looks at how emotional health, physical well-being, relationships, stress, and lifestyle all interact. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may integrate a variety of approaches, such as talk therapy, mindfulness, body-based practices, values-based work, and nervous system regulation. The focus is on supporting balance, self-awareness, and healing in a way that feels aligned with you.
In holistic therapy, we may explore:
Emotional and mental health alongside physical and lifestyle factors
Mind–body connection and stress responses
Developing self-awareness and self-compassion
Creating sustainable habits that support overall well-being
Healing patterns rather than just managing symptoms
Holistic therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or seeking deeper personal growth. The goal is to support healing and resilience by addressing the whole person—helping you feel more balanced, grounded, and connected in your daily life.

I have seen tremendous growth and progress with clients. I deeply believe in the therapy process. With that said, it is not a magical cure, and a therapist is not a magical healer. Therapy takes a lot of effort, time, patience, and a dedication to showing up for yourself.
