Rates & Insurance

  • Private Pay

You may pay for sessions out of pocket. My rate will be disclosed on the intro phone call. I am able to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if I do not accept your insurance plan.

  • Insurance

I accept a variety of insurances, including Aetna, Meritain, United/UMR, Anthem/BCBS, Carelon, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, and Medicaid. If you choose to use insurance, you may pay a co-pay or pay the full rate of sessions toward your deductible. Some insurance plans fully cover mental health treatment. I recommend calling your insurance company to verify your coverage before beginning therapy.

  • iMatter

I Matter connects youth 18 and younger (and 21 and younger for those receiving special education services) with a licensed therapist for up to 6 free counseling sessions! No insurance, credit card, or legal status information is required. Sessions are available in person or virtual. Read more about iMatter here.

  • Second Wind Fund

I am proud to partner with the Second Wind Fund, which offers a limited number of free sessions to teens 19 and younger who qualify. The mission is to decrease the incidence of suicide in children and youth by removing financial and social barriers to treatment. Read more about Second Wind here.
